Geriatric national dietetic framework for nutrition care

The framework plan is primarily aimed at clinical dietitians and other relevant nutrition professionals who are newly qualified or new to work with the target group. The purpose of the framework plan is to describe individual diet therapy with nutrition therapy by a clinical dietician. The target group is citizens (+65 years) with geriatric issues. The latest evidence in the field is based on experience in the best practice in relation to the organization in which the clinical dietician is involved.
