Revision of the diet catalog / Creation of a new treatment guideline “Ordering and documentation of demand-covering patient catering” to ensure a sufficient nutritional intake in the hospital, quality assurance in the catering with food and drinks, action security for all users. Moreover, it aims to prevent malnutrition, avoid nutrition-related diseases and their consequential damages

Problems:

1) quality assurance in the catering with food and drinks;

2) Ensuring that patient gets the right diet for their illness

Actions:

1) Regular training of kitchen staff, audits in the catering center, etc.

2) Training of doctors and nursing staff, information events
