Training for health professionals in EHPAD on the nutrition of the elderly person suffering from Alzheimer’s or related dementias.

Real-life training, tasting of food preparations, demonstration of the making of healthy meals. Focused on the adaptation of the material, textures, setting up of the hand eating, cooking for patients with the memory, swallowing disorders.
